Here's a new letter to the President of Adobe Corp. written because they charged us $210 for something we not only didn't use but couldn't use.
As hoped, we quickly got a reply (Adobe 2, below).
It was nice of them to refund the money, as a "goodwill gesture," but we'll never get the hours back.
We hope they improve their customer care.
Here's an essay: "Triumph of Reason," a environmental abstract prepared for Harry Lehmann of GreenSwan.org, a copy of my facebook statuses, and a recent letter mailed to the CEO of Viasat (you have to hold their feet to the fire). They refunded my fees so I could afford to tip Tim!
Another update: the last time we talked with Tim he told us he was earning $1,000 a week--so yes, your letters can help, and we'd like to thank Viasat for helping make things right for him.
