And a fairly recent letter to the President of Adobe Corp., written because they charged us $210.00 for something we not only didn't use but couldn't use.
As hoped, we got a reply (Adobe 2).
It was nice of them to refund the money as a "goodwill gesture", but we'll never get the hours back.
We hope they improve their customer care.
Here's an essay: "Triumph of Reason", an environmental abstract prepared for Harry Lehmann of GreenSwan.org, a copy of my facebook statuses, and a fairly recent letter mailed to the CEO of Viasat (you have to hold their feet to the fire). They refunded my fees so I could afford to tip Tim!
The last time I talked with Tim he told me he was making $1,000 a week. So, yes, your letters can help, and we'd like to thank Viasat for making things right.
