God Be in My Head

Here's a pic of Harry Lord wading upstream in North Cache Creek on a beautiful summer's day.

And "God Be in My Head", performed at La Cathedrale de Notre Dame de Chartres, Chartres France, recorded, engineered (and sung) by Russ Bowden of Santa Rosa Junior College.

Also known as: "Sarum Primer, 1514", or "The Knights Prayer of Salisbury, England", it was traditionally sung by knights before they left on a crusade.

This version was written by Todd Alan Constable, San Francisco, California, who accompanied us on the piano.

Sung by Connie Flaherty, soprano, (soon to be Musser, with the voice of an angel) and Mickey Himel, Tenor.

God be in my head, and in my understanding,

God be in mine eyes, and in my looking,

God be in my mouth, and in my speaking,

God be in my heart, and in my thinking,

God be at my end, and at my parting.
